The tea spilled on the table and stayed there, even after I reminded the staff several times. I also had to call repeatedly for room service, and the response was slow and ineffective. That lack of attention affected basic service and guest comfort. Hospitality needs timely, attentive service as well as facilities, and that was missing here. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service.

The South Indian food was excellent, full of flavor and great quality. Everything was prepared and served just right, and the hospitality made for a lovely dining experience. I’ll definitely come back.
