The hotel’s actual name is GHUNGHAT IN. At 1 a.m., I arrived and called the number, but nobody answered. Since the name was different, I spent 30 minutes searching before I asked at reception and finally found it. There’s no lift. The room is too small for two people, though I was lucky to be alone. The bathroom pipes were broken, but there was hot water. I’d paid for breakfast, yet even tea wasn’t available. If you’re alone and just need somewhere to sleep, consider it for under 1000 rupees. Don’t choose the breakfast.

I booked and paid for a hotel, but when I asked for its location, there was no such place there. These people are frauds, so be careful and don't fall for their trap. Find a legitimate hotel instead.

I booked a non-AC room through yatra.com, but the hotel refused to check me in. They said they were managed by Oyo and couldn't verify my reservation. I'm a senior citizen, and being left to sort it out in the afternoon heat made things even harder. I spent nearly an hour talking with customer support. yatra couldn't find me a room and only began processing a refund, leaving us with all the inconvenience. It was unprofessional. I'd recommend confirming directly with the hotel before booking through this portal.

When we arrived for the room we'd booked online, the staff rudely said there was only one room and we could take it or leave it. It was very small for two people, and their behaviour stayed rude when I asked about a refund. They said they knew nothing and told me to speak with the company.
