Hotel Aapno Shyam And Restaurant

The rooms were spacious and kept neat and clean. They also provide enough of the everyday essentials. It seems like a good place for families, and the staff were well behaved. The service was fantastic.

For the price, the room was well maintained.

Private parking was the one bright spot, and it's close to the temple. The rest of the experience wasn't good: the rooms were small, the cutlery and dining area were dirty, and the tea cups were broken. The AC was broken too, and the fan regulator didn't work properly.

My booking had zero refund, but when I had to cancel just two days before check-in because of unavoidable circumstances, the hotel considered my request genuine and returned the full amount. That kind of cooperation with customers deserves five stars. I expect their service to be the best in this price range, and I'm looking forward to planning a visit and enjoying their hospitality.
