The bathroom was filthy, with visibly unclean tiles, toilet, and shower area. Only scalding hot water came out, with no cold water at all, so I couldn’t shower properly or even wash my hands comfortably. The plumbing seemed completely dysfunctional and dirty. The floor felt grimy, and the pillow covers were stained and filthy too. For such an exorbitant fee, this level of dirt and disrepair isn’t worth it. The place needs a full overhaul and deep cleaning. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I travel often and know there are decent hotels near cant station, but I got stuck in this rubbish property after booking online. There wasn’t a single good thing I could say about it: dust everywhere, no hygiene, and bathrooms like hell. Please don’t stay here. You can get a neat, clean room for this price in the same locality, even closer to the railway station.

The room they gave me today was awful and smelled strongly of dampness. It was on the high third floor, and there’s no lift. When I asked about the stairs for my elderly mother, the current manager showed no empathy and didn’t even look me in the eye. His communication was poor too. I called to ask questions, but he only said yes or no and kept ending the call when I tried to add something. The service attitude is severely lacking.

The room was cramped and dirty, and the washroom was even worse. The walls were in terrible shape, and there was no food arrangement. The photos shown for the hotel are very old, and the stay was costly. Don't waste your money or time here. Oyo, please remove it from your list and stop misleading people. We shouldn't have to spend our hard-earned money on such a bad hotel.

The hotel is couple friendly, and there are some nice rooms, especially the ground-floor one just behind reception. The first-floor room was good too, though it and the wardrobe both need maintenance. The set-top box wasn't working last time. Food service was poor, with expensive dishes that didn't taste good, so I'd rather eat outside. Otherwise, everything was nice.
