There’s a warm atmosphere here, and the staff are welcoming and courteous. Ashna, Sweta, and Sunny at reception were especially approachable and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were neat and clean, the washrooms hygienic and well maintained, and we enjoyed the food. Service could be a little slow at times because staffing is limited. Still, we had a very comfortable stay at Kashi Villa Hotel in Varanasi and would recommend it.

The lanes leading to the hotel are very narrow, so getting there with luggage can be a bit challenging. Once there, though, we had a good stay and found the staff friendly. The location is handy: the Kashi temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat, and Manikarnika Ghat are within walking distance, with eateries and wholesale saree shops nearby too. The receptionist was kind and polite, had accurate timings for places we asked about, and promptly addressed the food issues we reported. The security guard was friendly and shared tips for places we planned to visit. Thanks for a nice experience.

At Kashi Vilaa, the rooms were comfortable and adequately equipped, though nothing in particular stood out. Staff were generally helpful and quick to respond to requests. The location was convenient enough for getting around, and I had a positive stay.
