Super Hotel O Samne Ghat

I was very uncomfortable here because of the rude staff and poor facilities, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room had mosquitoes, so I spent a sleepless night. The toilet was only lightly cleaned and didn’t meet good hygiene standards. The AC didn’t cool properly either. They never clearly explained the rules or checkout time. I later learned that checkout is at 11:00 AM no matter what time you check in. When I asked about this, the receptionist shouted instead of explaining. He was rude and egotistical, got worked up over small things, and often shouted at customers. He made me feel like a slave rather than a guest. Whenever I asked a question, he kept saying, “Get out of here, I don’t need customers like you. Everything is written at reception. It’s not my job to explain. If you don’t know, you can leave.” Completely unacceptable behavior from hotel staff.
