The breakfast was a real highlight, with a thoughtful range of choices that people like us enjoy. The front desk team were cooperative, especially "FIRDAUS". Rooms were spacious and clean, and hygiene was well maintained. A great place to stay on a trip to Imegica. You’ll have a good experience to tell your friends about. 5/5 stars.

We came as 15 families for a pre Diwali bash yesterday, and the rooftop infinity pool, though small, was a big plus, along with the rooftop playground. The property is close to Mumbai but still away from the noise, and the whole approach felt rich despite the very reasonable price. The stay, food, and DJ arrangements were all taken care of really well. Jaish Sikka planned and coordinated the trip, keeping track of things throughout. Rocky Singh, the energetic F&B Manager, did what it took to serve a large group, while Nitish, the site Manager, was professional and meticulous. They have an excellent team.

Raj and Rutuja made our meal especially enjoyable. They were friendly and attentive, and checked that we had what we needed the whole time. My family and I had a lovely visit to the Grand Mastiff Restaurant, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Their hospitality and professionalism really added to the experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and Mr. Siraj was humble and respectful, with exceptional service. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s good food and broad buffet selection. The hotel is near Imagica, and its service and amenities are on par with most 4* and 5* hotels. I found it better than the more expensive Radisson and Novotel nearby. Overall, 4.8/5.
