1589 Royal Heritage Kishangarh

We went to Khatu Shyam for a family trip in July and stayed at Royal Heritage, Kishangarh. It felt comfortable and homey, with a royal touch to the atmosphere. The staff were courteous, though service was quite slow, both when ordering and waiting for the food. They seemed overwhelmed or short staffed. The meal was decent. The flavors were balanced and the presentation was nice, but nothing felt especially memorable. Some dishes were prepared well, while others were just average. It should satisfy you, but it isn't a standout dining experience. Given the location and ambience, it's a good place for a relaxed meal if you're not in a hurry. Quicker service and more distinctive dishes would improve it.

From the outside, the hotel looks royal, but there was nothing inside to match that impression. During our one-night stay, the washroom door wouldn't close and the electrical outlets didn't work. The restaurant staff were rude, and none of the room problems were fixed after we reported them. When I escalated it at checkout, they only said sorry, then politely told us to pay and leave. If you're going to Kishangarh to buy marble or granite, talk to the leading showrooms instead. They'll happily provide a guest house and free food, even if you don't end up buying anything. Don't make the same mistake I did.
