The temple and other sights are within walking distance, and there’s secure parking for the car. The staff were polite and generous, and the rooms and service were great. I had trouble getting to this hidden gem at first, though. The room climate control also worked surprisingly well: it was 08 celcius outside in winter and a comfortable 25 celcius inside.

I left within a few hours of checking in for a two-day family stay. The rooms had seepage, smelled very bad and had no cross ventilation, which was unbearable for my mother, who has breathing issues. The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and there were stains on the bed sheets. The location was also awful to reach, and the staff were not supportive at all. I complained to the hotel and Treebo and asked for a refund, but they refused, saying these problems couldn't be fixed in a day. I was really disappointed by Treebo customer service and their response. I'm sharing this so other customers and potential guests can be alerted to what felt like a scam and a daylight loot involving Treebo and this appalling property. I plan to raise the complaint on digital platforms and with consumer court. I didn't take photos because I trusted the Treebo folks to listen to the customer over the property owner, and I just wanted to get away from the mess ASAP. Thanks for reading my honest review.

The rooms are good, and the people are amicable and soft-spoken. Getting a quick response from the bell boys was a problem, whether we ordered food or anything else. The hotel is a bit tucked away, and reaching it in a big group vehicle like a TT or Urbania can be challenging.

The food was the best part for me. The rooms were clean, and the location was really nice, close to the sarnath tourist spots. Had a very good experience overall! ✌️
