Casa Mia Homestay is in a handy part of Fort Kochi, close to cafes, heritage spots and the beach, but the place itself still feels calm. The hosts were warm, friendly and always ready to help, which made it feel like staying in a home. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. A few things could make the room better, especially for a longer visit. A TV would be nice for downtime, the shower area wasn’t very convenient, and there should be a proper place to hang clothes in both the bathroom and the room. The WiFi also needs to be faster for people working there. Still, the kind hosts and good location made Casa Mia Homestay a lovely place to stay.

Mrs. Usha and Mr. Antony welcome you like family as soon as you check in. Their kindness makes you think that travel is as much about meeting new people as seeing new places. The rooms are neat and clean, the food is homely, and the location is easy to get to. Without a doubt, it’s the best place to stay around Fort Kochi.

Four family friends and I stayed here for one night during our Kerala trip. The hosts were so kind and friendly that we felt comfortable asking them for help. It’s a beautiful, neat and clean homestay right in the heart of the city. We all enjoyed our stay, and it became a memorable part of the trip. Highly recommend it if you want a clean place that’s easy on the pocket.

I spent a week here and loved it. Usha makes amazing food, which was a real plus for me because I love South Indian food. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful, and most cafes, the beach and other popular places are within walking distance. The hosts made the Fort Kochi experience ten times better, treating me and the other guests like family while giving us space.

We ended up extending our stay so we could finish seeing Kochi. Beaches, heritage sites, Jew Town, the museum and churches were all very close, which made it easy to enjoy our visit. The homestay was neat and friendly, and Usha was a lovely host who served us breakfast the next morning and made special homemade food. I stayed at casamia in October. We’d definitely come back next year with our family, and wish the homestay all the best.
