Chittoor Kottaram - Heritage Palace by CGH Earth

Basic hospitality was missing from the in house staff at CGH Earth Chittoor Kottaram, and the overall guest experience and service fell far short of what I've come to expect from the brand. I've stayed at several CGH Earth properties before and booked this one with the same expectations, so the experience was a complete letdown. I'll think twice before booking another CGH Earth property.

The food is delicious, local, and homemade, and the palace itself is stunning. Its rich heritage and history make the visit even more special. This was our second time here and we loved it as much as our first. The service was flawless. Highly recommended!

Milton & team made us feel right at home and spoiled us with warm hospitality and amazing food. They gave us a real taste of being royalties :)…. We chose Chittoor Palace for our anniversary, and it was just right for unwinding together. The property is stunning, private, peaceful, and FULL of character and heritage. Calling the stay exceptional hardly covers it. We can't recommend it enough and can't wait to come back!!

When you book Chittoor Kottaram, the whole property is yours. We had the comfortable bedrooms, spacious lounges, verandahs, balconies, grounds, and plunge pool to ourselves, with only the attentive staff around. On arrival, you get a garlanded welcome and meet the small staff team. It felt as close to life as a Rajah and Rani as I could imagine, and more than just picturing a king's life after visiting other palaces. We felt cared for and pampered. The freshest ingredients came from the most local markets, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always delicious. They added thoughtful anniversary touches, including a cake and special menu. Thank you to Milton and the team for service literally fit for a king!
