There's a relaxing feel here, with lots of trees around the property. The homestay is well maintained, budget friendly, and right in the city, so getting around is easy. A comfortable place to stay.

The listing was misleading: the photos showed an AC room with a kitchen and balcony, but we got just one bedroom and no privacy. The host was rude and uncultured, switched off the AC, then demanded extra money even though we'd prepaid. Worst experience. Don't book.

Coconut Grove Homestay is a safe, comfortable choice for couples and families, and the price felt fair for the quality. The common living and dining spaces were roomy and inviting, and the garden and charming decor gave the place a peaceful, pleasant feel. The hosts were humble, friendly, and ready to help, from sightseeing suggestions to local eateries. Our room was spotless and well cared for, with fresh linen, comfortable bedding, and a clean washroom. Fort Kochi's main attractions are a short walk away, and the homestay is easy to reach by road or water transport. We had a wonderful stay, 10/10, highly recommended for a homely visit in the heart of Fort Kochi.

A quiet, comfortable homestay right in the heart of Fort kochi. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean, with a small balcony at the front. They also have a kettle for hot water and a fridge. The owners are very welcoming.
