The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the whole time, and the room was spacious. For the price, the service was good and I'd give the value about 8/10. It looked clean at first, though there was dust under the bed and the washed-looking sheets had become dull and grey. The bigger problem was the hard water. It tasted salty, and white residue on the pipes and fittings made bathing uncomfortable. The TV also didn't work. The Google Maps pin is a few meters down the road on the other side, which made the place a little hard to find. Its actual name is “AVVA,” which may confuse first-time visitors. For a short stay, if you don't mind the shower issue or look too closely at the details, it's still decent value.
