We found the rooms clean, spacious, and nice, but I don't think the stay was worth the price. Hot water in the washrooms is available only from 6pm to 10pm. We had to leave early in the morning, and the staff accommodated us by getting a water heater. A water bottle took an hour to reach the room, and there were mosquitoes inside. The TV's switch setup is a little odd, so ask for help if you need to turn it on. Breakfast was average in my experience. I came around 9:20ish, and there were no tea cups at the counter, so we had to wait. The food was mid. A North Indian family also waited quite a while for aaloo paratha, though maybe that was because it was almost closing time. Check-in and checkout times are favourable, and valet parking is nice. The hotel is very close to Fort Kochi. It's handy to leave your car here and take autos to explore, since parking inside Fort Kochi is very hard to find. P.S. Sorry about the messy room photo. Use it just to get an idea of the room size.

They kept our luggage safely after checkout while we went around the city before leaving that night, which was really helpful. The place also has plenty of parking and an in-house restaurant, though we didn’t get to try the food. We were greeted with fresh pineapple juice, a nice touch, and found the rooms clean with helpful staff. The location is convenient, and the rooms are good value for the price. Special shoutout to ms. Stefi for her suggestions :) Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast had lots to choose from and tasted good, and the receptionists made check-in and checkout easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room at Hotel Fort Queen in Kochi was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. Great place for a relaxed stay in Kochi, highly recommend!

Parking was easy, and the hotel is close to the market, fort kochi, and mattanchery. This was my first time at Hotel Fort Queen, and I’d stay there again on my next visit. The breakfast choices were limited, but what was offered tasted good and there was enough. The rooms were nice, and the restaurant manager, booking team, hotel manager, and staff were all excellent.

The service was far too slow, and when the items finally came, they were brought all at once. The food didn’t taste up to the mark, and the staff weren’t friendly. I wouldn’t spend time or money at this hotel.
