The place is in very bad condition, with no hygiene, no hot water, and no kitchen available. The staff are very rude and room service isn't proper. This hotel is ruining the OYO franchise's name. It's only for couple entertainment, that's it.

The room was in a pathetic state, and the rooms and bathrooms looked nothing like the photos of Supreet hotels. The room was very small, with no bedside light, towel, or soap provided. Water from the bathroom comes into the room while bathing, and the bathroom wasn't hygienic. The TV didn't work either. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. Compared with this OYO hotel, a lodge is far better.

The service was poor from the start: staff wouldn’t listen to complaints, and the water was shut off for three hours without warning. They also demanded more money than the amount shown on OYO. The room itself was filthy, with dirty walls, spit marks, unclean blankets, and used tablet packets. The photos posted by the hotel don’t reflect what it’s actually like.

A very bad experience at hotel supreet. The bed wasn't good, and after booking through OYO they still asked me to pay extra. Felt like a waste of money.

I got there at 11 PM and was shown a dirty non-AC room, even though the online listing said AC. They also wanted double the price shown online. The room condition wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t recommend booking here, you’ll regret it.
