I asked the main receptionist for the bill and a breakdown of the dinner charges, but he refused to give them to me and said he’d send them on WhatsApp. I waited and reminded him, but nothing ever came through. His arrogant, dismissive manner and the lack of basic follow-through made the stay much worse. I found the service unacceptable and wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless staff attitude and customer service improve.

The food was decent, but the rest didn’t meet the price or standards, and there are better options. The rooms are badly built, with ceilings so low that I hit the false ceiling several times. The shower head was below my face, so it was useless.

The food was excellent, and the staff were professional and helpful. Hotel Grand Arjun is well placed near the market, with good road connections. My room was a good size, but it and the bathroom looked old and needed maintenance, with worn doors and unpleasant smells. It would help to include an electric kettle and tea or coffee maker, provide at least one 1-liter bottle of water each day, and keep up with regular room maintenance.

The receptionist was arrogant and behaved very badly toward guests. The room and washroom were small and unhygienic. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The charges are super high, but the place felt like it was used for people’s dirty desires. My room had a broken glass and seepage on the wall, and the bathroom was stained all over. There was hair across the bedsheet, and the sheets and blanket were old and dirty. Pathetic rooms.
