Hotel Rajwada Resort

Sohan ji and Umesh ji made our event a great experience. They handled the catering, decorations, and guest coordination, which took a lot off our shoulders. Their attention to detail showed, and the vendors they suggested were excellent quality. You could see how much effort they put in, and every guest left smiling. They treated the event as if it were their own. Thank you!

We liked the resort enough to book one more day. It’s a large property near the airport on VIP Road, though a lot of the space doesn’t seem to be used. The rooms and service were good, and they have banquet arrangements for functions. Checked-in guests can use WiFi and get a free airport drop. One man at reception came across as quite arrogant with guests, which could affect their experience.

I only stayed one night at Rajwada Resort, Raipur, but found the room clean, comfortable, and well kept. The food had plenty of variety and was delicious. Service was warm and attentive, and the team arranged a complimentary ride to the airport, which made my trip easier. I’d recommend staying here.

The pool wasn’t clean, which was disappointing. Check-in was also frustrating: the staff weren’t professional, and we had unnecessary trouble. We were told some amenities weren’t available, then discovered they actually were. On the better side, we liked the food’s taste and quality, and the interiors were well designed and maintained. The service and cleanliness need a lot of improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
