The bedsheets hadn't even been changed from the previous occupancy, and this was nowhere near the OYO standard I expected. I booked a room for ₹413, but when I arrived they asked for ₹200 more because it had an exhaust and a cooler. I said I wouldn't use them, but they insisted I had to pay extra to stay. When I asked for a refund, they told me to contact OYO. One of the worst experiences I've had. Not recommended at all. 3

The rooms weren't cleaned before occupancy, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed since the previous guest. There were no bath towels or soap, and not even bottled drinking water. This wasn't up to the OYO standard I expected. I'd prefer a dormitory.

There were too many mosquitoes, and the bedding hadn't been changed. I was wrongly charged 1095 for one day, although the oyo website showed my booking for 2 night at 599 per night. Take screenshots when booking. I was in a hurry and feel oyo can cheat you in that situation.

The rooms weren't clean, and it was a bad experience. The female receptionist is very greedy. They don't give you all the details about the room charges. First they said 700, then 800, and that too for only a few hours 👺

Getting checked in was awful. I booked the rooms through Oyo, but when I arrived the owner asked me to pay 300Rs extra if I wanted to stay. They told me to cancel the booking and book on the spot without involving Oyo.
