We were charged ₹45,000 for 5 days, yet the room quality felt like that of a ₹2,000 room. Things were broken, and it felt like a ghost room. Then there was a sudden fire burst in our room, and nobody knew what to do. The reception staff were unhelpful and the service was abysmal. I had a nightmare stay at Hotel Gagan Regency Raipur. Don’t waste your money or risk your safety there. Choose somewhere else.

6/10
For travelers visiting Raipur, especially people needing to be near AIIMS, Hotel Gagan Regency has a very good location. Staff are well behaved and helpful, the rooms are clean and neat, and the food quality is good. Some reviews also praise the staff service and cleanliness. There are maintenance concerns and some room features could be improved. Food and drinks have been described as expensive, and rooms on lower floors may be loud at night because of the lounge or restaurant on higher floors.
