They accept online bookings through Fab Hotels and other platforms, then later ask for more money and refuse to provide the room at the booked price. They tell customers to cancel and look elsewhere. Because of Fab Hotels’ cancellation policy, customers may then lose their refund. This feels like fraud and misrepresentation.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the food was very hygienic. The staff boys were good, and the receptionist and manager were calm, polite, humble, and welcoming.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The rooms were unhygienic, there was no service, and the commitments were completely false. Their customer policies aren’t customer-friendly at all. Please don’t book this hotel, especially through Fab Hotels.

They charge you for a large room and give you a small one. When you complain, they say you have to deal with the hotel and that they can’t do anything. They only make fools of customers. Please avoid booking hotels through Fab.

The pictures in the app don’t match the room, which is at least 10% worse. The behavior was worse, and the toilet was awful.
