I stayed three nights. The hotel is clean and in a good spot, within walking distance of the railway station and chopati, where there’s delicious food. It’s reasonably priced, and the staff are polite and helpful, though I had to ask for basics like soap, a hot water rod, and all out. The TV in the room didn’t work, and the lift and seating near reception need improvement. Not a bad place overall.
The room I got was fine, but its hygiene wasn’t up to the mark. Room service also took forever to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The lift wasn’t working, the floors were dirty, and there was seepage in the rooms. I also found cockroaches in the room, and the kitchen was closed.
The price is high, and the service isn’t good. There was no towel or soap in the bathroom.
I felt like I was staying on a railway platform. There was no water, bugs everywhere, and the cleaning was practically nonexistent. The staff weren’t helpful either. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Raipur.
