The Suite room was very good, and the room service, including food delivered to the room, was good too. The restaurant food tasted good, the free buffet breakfast was nice, and both the restaurant staff and front desk were good. There’s plenty of parking, and I always found a spot for my car. I’d like to see more facilities, such as a gym or play area, though. The security staff were rude. After parking, I asked the guard to call someone to help with my luggage, but he didn’t help or even call anyone. When I was leaving, I used a little water from a nearby garden hose to spray dirt off my car. The guard ran over and shouted at me about using the hose. I’d paid 22K for 3 days, so that behaviour felt bad.

Parking was a major hassle, poorly managed and inconvenient. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the food was below average for a hotel of this standard. Many areas also look neglected, with little evidence of regular repair or maintenance. My stay at Hotel Grand Imperia, Raipur was disappointing and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make major improvements.

The maintenance work went on through the night, so I couldn’t sleep, and the staff didn’t stop even when I asked in the middle of the night. Every part of this stay felt pathetic. Booking this room was a blunder and a waste of money. Horrible experience.

The service is the best, and the rooms are fantastic after the recent remodel. I stay here often when I come to Raipur for work, and the prices are competitive for the location. The food is a bit overpriced, but I loved my stay and look forward to coming back.

My vehicle was badly damaged by the hotel pickup van in the parking area at Grand Imperia Hotel Raipur. The staff didn’t tell me; I only found out as I was leaving. Management first agreed to take responsibility and arrange repairs, but later they denied it and wouldn’t talk to me. I finally paid rs 2.1 lakhs for the car repairs and took my vehicle back. Taran jeet Singh Hora, the hotel owner, knew about the whole incident but never responded. I wish Taranjeet Singh Hora prosperity and growth with my share of money.
