I wouldn’t recommend ordering this food to anyone. The garlic chicken seemed stale and old, like it had been sitting around or reheated, and it lacked freshness and flavour. The pork chilli was mostly fat, with hardly any actual meat and not a single proper piece of pork, so it wasn’t worth ordering. The noodles were soggy and had no flavour or seasoning. One of the worst meals I’ve had ordered online via Swiggy.

The service was good, and the food was good too. While other restaurants currently have limited menus because of the LPG shortage, they’re offering everything.

I only tried the restaurant. Good quality for the price, and the Kozhuva fry, like sardines, was especially good.

The food was just okay, and there are better choices nearby. It’s an old grand hotel, but the infrastructure is worn out.

The rooms were reasonably acceptable, though not up to the mark, and noise from outside was a problem. Cleanliness needs attention too. When I visited in early 2025, the reception was dark with no light, and the receptionist seemed unprofessional. The hotel is on a narrow road, opposite the beef shop. It badly needs a good professional team to look after guests. I hope management uses this negative feedback to improve and correct the hotel’s shortcomings. All the best.
