The team handled the room mix-up professionally. The room shown on the third-party booking platform wasn’t the one we first received, but they coordinated with the platform and moved us to the room pictured in the app. They also surprised us with cakes, cookies, and fruits to make up for the problem. The staff were professional and courteous from check-in, and hospitality was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, service was efficient, and the food had good variety and quality. A very pleasant stay.

I went to Goldfinch Hotel for the buffet and had a satisfying meal. There was a good balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, all fresh, flavourful, and nicely presented. The desserts were good too. Staff were polite and attentive, and kept everything refilled on time. I’d visit again.

The staff were super courteous, and I loved staying here. The rooms were very neat and clean, at a 5 star level. The rooftop restaurant view was too good, and the sandige food was good too. Lovely place, highly recommended. Would love to come back.

I asked for a late checkout on my last day, and they agreed, which made packing and leaving much more relaxing. Breakfast was a delicious spread, and the diligent, helpful wait staff got you set up for the day. Another meal was included in my tariff, though I didn’t get to try the lunch or dinner buffet. My spacious corner room, number 502, was on the executive floor. I chose the hotel for its location near Freedom Park, where the Bangalore LitFest was being held, and it was the best decision. It’s on a quiet street and is popular with locals for weddings and other celebrations. There was a friendly face at the Front Desk when I checked in at 3 am.

The rice was good, and we liked the starters, but the curries and rotis were below par. We were here for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago, and the arrangements were really good. Still, for such a big restaurant, the food was disappointing. The ice cream was another letdown. It seemed like frozen dessert rather than ice cream, which felt cheap for a hotel of this size.
