The rooms were spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff brought a really positive, welcoming energy to my trip. I stayed three nights. After his shift, the head chef, KAISOR, spent time playing table soccer with me on two nights, for an hour or two each time. He was very sweet, and I also enjoyed meeting IKRA at the restaurant. Service felt genuinely warm and cooperative. This place felt worthy of five stars, and I left with great memories. A must-visit and stay.

Ms. Momina made the stay especially comfortable by responding quickly whenever we needed anything. She was polite, professional, and welcoming throughout. We had a wonderful time at the hotel, and I really appreciated her hospitality.

The location worked very well for us, with the airport only a 10-15 minute ride away. Check-in went smoothly, and the rooms had good equipment. The food was okay, though Olive Hotel is just a two-minute walk away and I'd suggest eating there. We had a great stay.

I spent a full month here, and the only small issue was that the rooms could be better soundproofed. Qayium Bhat, the Office Executive, was a huge help the whole time, and the staff were friendly. The rooms have central AC, heaters, and hot water all day, so the cold wasn't a problem. It's also well placed, about a 15-minute drive from both the airport and Lal Chowk. Nearby, Mollys's, The Lounge & Khidmat at Pick & Choose are worth trying.

The front desk team, especially Ms Mommena Bhat and Mr Qayum, were helpful during our five-night family stay. We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to friends and people we know planning a future trip to Kashmir.
