Itsy Hotels Rain Tulsi Stayz, Palarivattom Junction

I’m still staying here. I first booked just two days, and now I’m about to finish a whole month. The owner and staff are super friendly, and it’s quiet at night while still being close to everything. I can walk to the Metro station, and all kinds of restaurants are nearby. I recommend this place to anyone coming to India.

Cleanliness made this a very comfortable stay. The room was in good condition and had all the necessary amenities, and the toilet was neat and hygienic as well. It’s a well-kept property that clearly cares about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended.

🫠🫠 I had some belongings go missing there, and there’s no easy way to contact the hotel about it. They don’t even provide a proper phone number, which is an absurd system and made the situation extremely frustrating. It feels irresponsible. Guests should at least be able to get in touch about important issues like this. Very poor service and terrible management.

The reception service was disappointing. Mr. Abhi was rude and very unprofessional, with no basic customer service skills or courtesy in how he treated customers. To the owner, this reflects badly on the business. Making sure staff are properly trained is your responsibility. Please take this seriously, since a better guest experience starts with well-mannered people at the front desk.
