I wouldn't recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay. There was no room service, not even clean towels or drinking water, and when we raised concerns, we got arguments and demands for extra payments that hadn't been discussed. The owner's behavior was hard to read, shifting between rash and superficially calm. Booking promises were broken without explanation, and when we tried to address that, our concerns were brushed aside. His lack of basic courtesy set an unpleasant tone from the moment we arrived.

The owner was rude, and the rooms were built with very low-quality plywood. It wasn't suitable for us, whether as a group of bachelors or as a family. We couldn't stay and had to change plans and find another hotel. Worst resort I've seen.

The only part we enjoyed was the newly built pool. We booked beds for more than 20 people, but there was just one bathroom for everyone, no bedsheets or pillows, and the air conditioning wasn't proper. The beds were dusty and covered in plastic sheets. When it got late, the owners asked for more money for those basic items, and we had to pay extra to get them for the senior citizens in our group. The owners said sheets and pillows count as extra facilities by their standards. This isn't a resort, and the facilities were very poor.

We were 24 friends staying for one night, and it wasn't worth the price, even in the off season. It's a six-room homestay with a pool, run by the owner, who also lives on the property. For a large group, the rooms are small and cramped, usually with a king bed and one bathroom. The alternative he offered was a large room with one king bed, one toilet and a gas stove. We had to fit 15 people in there without enough extra beds or blankets, sharing that one toilet. Parking is limited, there's no security guard, and the beach is some distance away, not beachfront. Check in advance whether breakfast is actually available, since there aren't nearby food options. Room service and entertainment choices are limited too, and he wouldn't provide even a portable sound system for our group. His manner seemed impressive at first, before check-in. Afterward he asked for money for every little service, which felt a bit greedy. He doesn't seem suited to managing tourist hospitality. Confirm exactly what's included before booking, including towels and linen. There are better packages around. Hospitality and room service were poor.
