When Raj Towers first opened, it was good, but the service has gradually got worse. There’s no maintenance: the washrooms are very dirty, taps leak, refrigerators don’t work, and servicing has declined. Food quality has changed too, and I don’t like it. Room prices have gone up for reasons I don’t know, so management should look into both the rates and the food. I don’t feel like staying here again. No classy family would want to stay here.

This is about the banquet halls. The hall is decent, the AC is comfortable, and the service is okay. Food was okay but not great. There’s parking for guests.
