The building has no lift, and the sheets were dirty and the AC wasn't working. A horrible stay. They seem to be listed under both Fabhotels and OYO Rooms, but can't maintain any kind of standard.

The complimentary breakfast was whatever they decided to give: two idlis and two Mysore bondas, wrapped up carelessly in local newspaper. After all that, the cleaning staff even asked openly for a tip with a sheepish smile. The upkeep is poor everywhere: stained, smudged sheets, damp towels, and pillows that smell. If you're fine with that, this may suit you.

The building is old and has a bad smell, and the bathrooms aren't good. In room 204 the washroom door didn't even have a lock. I checked in last night and still haven't been given bath towels. A bad experience all around.

We booked through Fab Hotels, but when we got to the property they said it was no longer affiliated with them and sent us somewhere else. If the place isn't available, Fab Hotels shouldn't take the booking in the first place. Worst experience.

Nice stay. The lady at the front desk, I don't know her name, had the basic hospitality down and was helpful to guests.
