OYO Flagship 22450 Our Palace

We arrived late at night with family and had to take a room because of an emergency. The bed sagged as soon as we lay down, like we'd end up at reception by morning. We had to plead with staff for blankets because none were there when we checked in. The receptionist seemed more interested in scrolling through reels. Mosquitoes were everywhere, as if the place were set up for breeding them, and the room offered them more comfort than it did people. It seemed mostly used for drinking rather than overnight stays. For Inr- Rs.1550/-, you could get a decent room elsewhere. This was all about making do. Never visit this place. If you wanna know more about this place

The taps weren't working and water was leaking. The room itself was no good: the bed and pillows smelled, and the sheets and pillow covers were covered in stains. They also didn't provide basics like towels or soap.

I booked for 3 days but checked out after 2 hours because the place was that terrible. The sheets had so many marks we couldn't tell if they were white or brown, and the washrooms were dirty with poor housekeeping. It's often very cheap, and the quality seems to match the price. This is one of the dirtiest OYO hotels I've stayed in, and I'd ask OYO to completely rework it. It's far from the main road, which made getting food and local transport very challenging.

I booked through booking.com, and the reservation was confirmed, but the hotel staff refused to provide the room at the listed booking price and demanded extra money. They said bookings through third-party apps weren't allowed, and told me to contact booking.com customer care. After travelling a long distance, I was left struggling because they still wouldn't give me the room. Their behaviour was rude. If they don't accept app bookings, why list the hotel there?
