The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout, and the breakfast situation felt misleading. The online hotel rules promised breakfast, but they refused to provide it, saying it was only for direct online bookings. We arrived late at night with family and were charged ₹3000 for one night, even though the online rate showed ₹2400. The room was only averagely maintained, with dirty bedsheets, and even the suite came with just one water bottle. A complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

The location is the one real plus. The rooms weren't properly maintained, and the sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled bad. There was no room service, and the corridors were dark. The bathrooms were small, though clean. They also weren't willing to acknowledge my feedback. For what they charged, it wasn't worth it, and I can't recommend it for families. I don't understand how it has a 4.5 rating.

The room was dirty and cheap, and the staff were awful. I'm in marketing and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen. If zero stars were possible, even that would be too generous. Stay here if you want to make your trip worse.

The location is really convenient, and there's food right on the ground floor, so we didn't need to go out to eat. The rooms were very nice.

The room and bathroom were okay, but the linen was torn and stained. They brought breakfast late, and it was from outside. We had to ask before they brought towels. This needs improvement.
