Fabhotel Capitol Suites

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and I liked the location. I stayed three nights; the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. A great experience.

My room was the basic deluxe even though I was supposed to get the next variant, and the receptionist didn’t check what I’d paid online or which room should be assigned. The lady at reception could have been friendlier, though the other Swamy mala person there was polite and good. The room was dim with no reading light, mosquitoes everywhere, and no daily room service unless I asked. They also never provided a bathroom floor mat, despite repeated requests.

I was comfortable during my stay, and everything seemed very good and hygienic.

We booked a suite and arrived around 7 in the morning because we had an early start planned. The water was brown. Reception said they’d send a technician within an hour, but nobody came. When we called again, they said the water was fine, without checking with us, even though it was still brown. After we got upset, they left two cans for three of us to manage. We asked for another, and someone brought it, but how were three girls meant to lift them? Reception then said there was only one room boy and he was busy. I won’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Also, don’t trust the good reviews, most are from people who work here.
