Hotel City Central

The room smelled, and breakfast was cold, brought in from outside, and served without plates. Service was awful. The front desk staff were rude and demanding about money, with no respect for guests. There was no customer satisfaction at all. Sorry to say, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are damaging the owners’ and brand’s reputation.

The rooms felt pleasant, with a nice ambience, and were kept very clean and well maintained. I visited with my family, and we had a good stay.

I booked through IXBEE, but there was no AC, no water, no service person, and no receptionist. I left after just an hour and still haven’t received my money back. Please don’t risk your money by booking this hotel through websites. I also ask all websites to remove it from their listings.

The location was handy for getting around, close to both the railway station and bus stand. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well furnished, and the whole hotel was clean and looked after. Staff were courteous and attentive, and the included breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Renovations meant there was no in-house dining, though the staff suggested nearby restaurants. Parking was tight because of the work, but the staff and security guard helped us find a safe spot. Even with those minor hassles, it was a pleasant stay. I’d recommend it to business or leisure travelers looking for a budget-friendly place.
