My car was parked on the premises during our two-day stay. After the first day, I found a dent, but nobody took responsibility. The guard argued that I should have parked carefully, as if someone sleeping in his room were supposed to be doing guard duty. The place felt unhealthy and unhygienic, and nobody took responsibility for your things. Don’t go there to stay or for anything.

The food was bad, service was poor, and the staff behaved badly. My room was crawling with cockroaches, and even basic amenities were missing. I wouldn't send anyone here.

The location was good, and they let us use a room to freshen up before check-in. But the pool wasn't clean, the rooms didn't feel hygienic, and the staff weren't very cooperative. We had booked online and received confirmation, yet at check-in they said our room wasn't available because the previous guest had extended their stay. That seemed suspicious. When we said we'd need a room or would call the police, one was found within 30 minutes. We visited over the weekend of 7-8 Oct, and the check-in experience was really bad.

The lift felt so unsafe that I thought it might come apart within two or three days. The pools had so much chlorine that children couldn't play in the water, either. For what it costs, this place just isn't worth it. The service was very bad.
