The staff were very polite and considerate, and MANAGER MANINI GORE was especially warm, caring, and cooperative. She made us feel at home. The hotel is also very close to Mahalaxmi Mandir, and the rooms have the basic facilities we needed. The nightly rate was quite cheap. A couple of things need attention: general hygiene, and the basement parking area. It needs cleaning and a major architectural upgrade, since getting a vehicle in or out is extremely difficult. My ratings: hygiene 3/5, location 5/5, service 4/5, value for money 5/5. It was a great experience overall.

We were a group of 36 students and staff, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were very luxurious, and the staff were cooperative, especially the manager. They also helped us plan routes to different picnic spots, so we didn't need another guide to decide how to get there. The service was excellent and it felt like staying at a relative's home. Thanks to all the staff.

The location made it easy to visit Mahalaxmi Temple early in the morning, and the hotel felt like a safe, good choice for families. Our stay was comfortable, with clean rooms, fresh linens, and good housekeeping. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond when we needed something.

Warning, don't book a room online with this hotel. I booked ten days ahead, but when I arrived they said they were overbooked and couldn't give me a room. Why keep online booking enabled if they can't honor it? It looks like a cheap trick to sell the same room for a higher price. The manager didn't even answer my calls. Totally unprofessional.

I spent three days at Hotel Govindpuram, Kolhapur, and was very satisfied. The rooms were clean and the staff prompt and helpful. They even arranged milk for free after I made a late evening request at the last minute. Special thanks to Gore Madam for taking such good care of my son and me. I found the hotel through FB’s BOND group and would highly recommend it.
