Luxo Kochi

The restaurant was my favorite part of Luxo Hotel. I tried both the lunch buffet and à la carte dinner, and the South Indian food was excellent. The staff were welcoming, and my room was spacious. I also appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The hotel is cozy, clean, and well located near a metro station. It's easy to reach from the airport and convenient for getting around the city, though traffic on the road beside it was heavy because of ongoing metro construction. The pool wasn't operating during my visit, so I can't give it five stars.

The rooms were beautiful, with views of the stadium and city, and the food was delicious. The staff were very well mannered. I also appreciate the hotel's having more female staff, which is good representation. The metro is only 700 meters from this lovely city hotel.

As a fairly new four-star hotel, Luxo Kochi in Palarivattom, Ernakulam exceeded my expectations and made for a delightful stay. It seems like a standout choice for business or leisure visits to Kochi. The hotel's a peaceful break from the bustle, even though it's easy to get around from there. Palarivattom metro station, major junctions, Lulu Mall, and Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium are all conveniently close. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The front desk team was efficient and helpful, always ready with recommendations, and made me feel at home.

The front desk staff were very polite, and the food was excellent. But our family's December vacation here, with three rooms, left me unhappy about the water and cleanliness. The towels were dirty in every room, and they even rolled up a wet, dirty towel and left it on the bed. The shower water was brown. I filled the bucket and sent a picture to the front desk. They said there was an issue and that it had been fixed, and asked me to wait ten minutes, but the water was still the same color. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, so be careful if you're considering it.
