Napier Heritage

Everything in Fort Kochi was just a short walk from Napier Fort Heritage Hotel, and the location was perfect. The staff were very helpful, the service was excellent, and they made our trip comfortable and memorable. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

The pool area adds to the venue’s beauty, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Staff were friendly and the service was good. There’s also an indoor stage, a nice feature for events and gatherings. It’s a welcoming, well-maintained place. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at Naiper Resort for a week, and the peaceful ambience made it a lovely, relaxing getaway. The staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help from the start, which made us feel comfortable. The complimentary upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi was the most unforgettable part of our stay. Everything was well taken care of. Highly recommended for couples looking for a calm, comfortable stay.

The biggest problem here is how badly the place is staffed and maintained. Service can take ages because one person seems to be handling luggage, room cleaning, and food deliveries. I even saw the watchman sent up with towels. Housekeeping is only available from 2 to 5 PM, coffee isn't available until 3, and the intercom often doesn't work or gets ignored. Food delivery was very slow and the food was average at best. Room allocation felt dishonest from the start. I was put in a very poor room and told it was an upgrade. When I asked for a Club Room, staff said that was what I'd been given, but it wasn't. They also gave me conflicting information about the air-conditioning. The ACs on the second floor don't work, despite staff saying the system is the same on every floor. Check the room category yourself, especially if you've booked a good deal online. Only the first-floor rooms seem renovated and reasonably looked after. The rest feel worn and neglected. I also overheard a guest needing to check out before 10 AM being told nobody at reception would be available until after 10. That's completely unprofessional. This place seems to rely on its name. With the understaffing, misleading communication, and poor upkeep, it was an unpleasant stay. Avoid unless you're prepared to give up basic comfort and service.
