Hotel Vrishali Executive Kolhapur

The staff were helpful, and room service was prompt. Breakfast was decent, but we skipped lunch and dinner because they were costly. The hotel has a rooftop pool, games, and a Gym. There’s also a Polar bear ice cream shop nearby, which is a must try. We had a comfortable stay.

The rooftop restaurant’s loud music comes into the room and ruins the ambience when you’re trying to unwind after a long day. It gives the place a down market feel, and this has to stop. Apart from that, everything else was 10/10. The staff were attentive, prompt, professional, and extremely helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. When we accidentally spilled food, someone came to clean it up within minutes so we could carry on with dinner. Front desk, room service, and housekeeping all did a great job. Thanks to manager Bipin as well. The food, including breakfast, was tasty and good.

The service was slow, and we had to keep calling the waiter whenever we needed anything. The food was the bigger letdown: our mutton thali for Rs. 575 had no proper pieces of meat, just bones, skin, and tiny scraps, and the overall quality was very poor. My family and I had dinner at Hotel Vrishali Executive on 28 February 2026, on my first visit there. We ordered Chicken Crispy, a Mutton Thali, and a Chicken Thali. I’ve eaten at plenty of places in Kolhapur, and this was the worst food I’ve had so far. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The food is great, and the view is nice from the rooftop. Book a table up there, or get to Vrushali Hotel around 7:30 and sit near the swimming pool. It’s a lovely place to spend time with family, and the food is awesome.
