The bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic, and clearly hadn't been changed properly. The lift area was filthy too, with people spitting gutkha around. The whole environment felt bad and not family or couple friendly. From outside, it gave me the impression that unwanted and uncivilized people were staying there, which made the place feel unsafe. The service was pathetic and completely unprofessional. I booked online, arrived slightly late, and they wouldn't entertain online booking customers. The day-shift receptionist was arrogant, rude, and unhelpful. They charged me an extra half-day just because I booked online, which felt unfair and like cheating. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. I even argued with the online booking vendor that still provides services to the hotel. I want the platform to take strict action or stop working with hotels like this, because they are ruining customer trust. Save your money and peace of mind.

The rooms are okay, but getting luggage in and out through the basement is difficult. There's no parking, and the hotel takes no responsibility for that.
