The Fern Kolhapur, Series by Marriott

At Ferm, Kolhapur, Ms. Nilam made our dinner a wonderful experience. She was courteous, attentive, and proactive the whole time, making sure we were comfortable and everything was handled without us needing to ask. Her professionalism and positive attitude really added to the meal. Great service from her.

We stayed for two nights as Marriott Bonvoy members while visiting Mahalaxmi Temple, which is only about 15 minutes away. Parking was easy, the staff were awesome, and breakfast was great. The team went out of their way to keep us happy, even when we arrived a little late for the morning buffet. Our eighth-floor room had been renovated recently and was better than the first room. The rooftop restaurant is worth trying too, with a beautiful view and a great menu. I'd happily recommend the place.

After a long, tiring journey from Somnath, we arrived around midnight and were made to wait half an hour. The front office response was awful. They knew four family members were coming to stay in the family suite, but the beds hadn't been arranged properly. Breakfast was disappointing too. Small hotels serve better tasting food and spreads. The restaurant staff were horrible, pretending not to hear us when we asked for things, and there were no plates, cups, or food. We've experienced Marriott service in many places, but I don't think this is run by Marriott. Maybe the Marriott name is being misused.

The food was delicious, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful about preparing food for my toddler according to my instructions. The service was amazing.
