The breakfast buffet didn’t offer much choice, but everything we tried was tasty. I found the à la carte food a little overpriced, especially with so many restaurants and eateries nearby. The hotel is around 3-4 kms from Mahalaxmi temple. Our premium king room felt a bit small, though it was fine for one night. The stay was good, and I’d consider coming back for a one-day stay.

The main thing for me was the value for money. The hotel is in the city, though there isn't a view. Since the building is newly constructed, it was kept in good shape: the room and bathroom were hygienically clean, and the bedsheets and towels were freshly washed. Check-in and checkout were hassle-free, and the manager, check-in staff, restaurant staff, chef, and other staff were supportive during our stay.

We couldn't stay at the hotel because of unavoidable circumstances, but the reservation process was handled smoothly, with professional follow-ups. Mr. Amit Gulavani was courteous, quick to respond, and supportive throughout. Even without having stayed there, we came away with a positive impression of the hotel's professionalism and guest handling. We appreciate the help and hope to stay in the future.

The restaurant food had an authentic touch, and I was surprised that even the free breakfast tasted authentic. Most hotels don't put much effort into the taste. The rooms are good and have the latest amenities, and the place is clean and well maintained. Good value for money.

The location is convenient, right on the main road, with shops, cafes, and the bus station easy to reach. My first day went well, but after the second day the room still hadn't been cleaned, and the towels and other essentials hadn't been changed or replenished. Service needs improvement. I found it quite slow.
