Aristro Club

The food itself was good, but the way the staff handled our reception left me very disappointed. We had booked the lawn for December 2025 and paid the full amount after the manager said the food counter would stay closed until payment was complete. Yet when the party ended, the 24 plates we were meant to take home were mostly just rice, some daal tarka and one piece of mutton each. There was no paneer or other variety from the reception menu, and sweets were missing from some parcels or limited to one in others. For a menu costing 1500 per plate, that felt like a poor return. During the event, staff packed up the food, sweets and other good items for themselves and took them away, without giving us any. They also said there wasn't enough water and wouldn't provide bottles while the reception was going on. At the end, the cake had disappeared from the premises too. It felt like they were cutting costs at our expense. I wouldn't recommend arranging a function here. If you do, keep a close eye on what the staff pack up. It was a very bad experience.

The rooms and decorations were beautifully presented, and the hall and club looked lovely. I was there as a guest at a relative's reception and was impressed by the place. The swimming pool was part of the venue as well. Around Joka, this is one of the best banquet halls I've seen. I'd definitely consider it a top choice for an event.

The location is ideal, but the room didn't match the price. I paid 3k for a deluxe room, and some basic amenities weren't working. There wasn't even an exhaust fan in the washroom.

The resort management was friendly, and the price was reasonable.
