I stayed here for over a week and had a great experience. The service was good, and Mr sorkar ji and all the staff deserve credit for the personal attention. My one suggestion is about housekeeping: the cleaning staff don't come often enough, and that should be improved.

I was disappointed after booking online, when the receptionist told me they don't take online reservations. The property's starting rate is 2200/-, even though the online price was 1800/-. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were fully satisfied with our stay at this new, well-kept property. The location is excellent, and parking is available. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms are decent, but the service was beyond awful. When I called the reception to ask for an extra towel after they'd given us one, the lady there shouted at me and hung up. Room service basically doesn't exist, rooms aren't cleaned between stays, and the water flow is very poor. Easily the worst hotel around here.

Since this is a new hotel, there's a lot they could work on. There's no tea or coffee in the room, the bathroom hose doesn't work properly, the toiletries aren't adequate, and there's no restaurant on site, so no complimentary breakfast either. There's no parking space as well. These are all things they could improve as they get established.
