2/10
My stay was deeply disappointing. The service was poor: staff were slow to respond, unhelpful, and seemed unconcerned about guest problems. Even simple requests took a long time or were ignored. The room was also far too small, more like a storage closet than a proper hotel room. There was barely room to move around the bed, and luggage made the space even more cramped. It wasn’t what had been advertised and was extremely uncomfortable. With both the tiny room and the bad service, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort or decent hospitality. There are much better options for the same price.

The staff were nice and helpful, and having a menu there was convenient. I had a good stay as a woman traveling alone. My room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and well maintained. I’d recommend this place.

The staff were kind and willing to go beyond their usual duties to help out. I stayed two nights and found the pricing and rooms to be great value for the location. Had a very good experience here. I’d absolutely recommend it to budget travelers.

I was here for a short visit and found the place clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff were polite and responsive throughout, and the food was good and arrived on time. The hotel is convenient, and although the price is on the higher side, I felt the stay justified the cost. I’d very much recommend it. 4.8/5.
