Capital O 64937 Stay Inn International Sealdah

Getting here is easy, it's right beside Raja Bazar science college and within walking distance of Raja Bazar more. MG road metro and College Street are also walkable from the hotel. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. My bathroom was spacious and hygienic, and the staff were well mannered with quick service.

I stayed here with my partner and had a great time. The beds were cozy, the rooms were tidy and clean, and the washroom was up to the mark. It's near Sealdah Railway Station, and I had a perfect stay. I'd suggest trying it once.

It's an affordable hotel in a great spot near Sealdah Railway Station, with HDFC bank as a landmark. The staff treated guests really well and were cooperative. Couples are welcome, and the food quality was very good. I strongly recommend this place for a stay in Kolkata.

The location is good and the hotel is easy to find, but my stay was awful. I chose it in Kolkata because of its strong Google rating and reviews, and didn't expect such a different experience. The room itself was okay, though cleanliness was lacking. A sticky note left by a previous guest was still on the bed's headboard, and I found a spider in the bedside drawer. The front desk staff showed little courtesy, focused more on their own work than guests, and spoke in a casual, rude, unprofessional way. They also seemed unclear about check-in rules and COVID-19 procedures. The intercom was broken throughout my stay, so I had to use my own phone to request any service. There was no AC on-off switch or remote, and the TV had no accessible channels. There was no in-house restaurant, with all food brought in from other restaurants. Breakfast wasn't complimentary, even though the room rate was high enough that I thought it should have been. It was a very poor experience.
