Collection O 82694 Aafreen Tower

I stayed at Super Collection O Aafreen Tower Near St. Thomas's Church from 11th to 12th November 2025. The checkout was awful. Reception staff were arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. They kept arguing among themselves about who should check the room and made me wait for no reason. Because of their careless delay, I missed my Vande Bharat Express train. That cost me ₹1,022 for the train ticket and cab fare, and caused a lot of stress. This treatment is unacceptable. OYO should take strict action for the harassment and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend the property.

Everything in the room is broken, including the washroom window. If you shower, people in the building opposite can see everything through it. It doesn’t feel safe for women or men. I wouldn’t book this hotel.

The location is prime, with Park Street metro station only 500 meters away, and the church, college, and monument all about one kilometer away. Reception staff were nice and willing to help. I paid around ₹1000 through the oyo application and liked the neat, clean room and washroom. People booking offline had to pay ₹2000 to ₹3000, so I’d book through the app if you want this room. It’s expensive offline. The one problem I noticed was a lot of noise from the washroom at night, as if something wasn’t working properly. The weather was good, so I didn’t need it.

The location works well for visiting tourist places, but the room’s atmosphere didn’t meet expectations. It needs some repairs.
