Collection O City Center 2 Formerly Paradise Inn

Paradise Inn's location works for business or leisure trips, and I'd consider coming back. My stay was satisfactory: the room was clean, well maintained, and had basic amenities. Staff made check-in and check-out smooth.

The room they eventually handed over was a disaster. Its ceiling was broken, the bed was filthy, and the sofa looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The cushions were stained, and the bathroom was worse, with a broken commode, dirt and stains everywhere, and no hygiene. There weren't proper curtains either, so there was no privacy. The whole setup felt unsafe and uncomfortable, unacceptable for a paying guest. I called after booking to confirm, and they casually said the rooms weren't ready and asked me to come in 30 minutes. I arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later, but they still weren't prepared. Then they left me sitting outside for another 1 hour and 20 minutes. I reminded the staff at least three times to get the room ready. They showed no urgency, courtesy, or responsibility, and only cleaned it after I lost patience and raised my voice. It felt like nothing gets done unless you shout. This was badly mismanaged, neglected, and unprofessional. They took my money but didn't provide basic cleanliness, hygiene, or respect for my time. Do not book this place. It would be better to sleep on the road than waste money here. Save yourself the frustration and disgust, there are plenty of better options. Avoid it at all costs.

Whenever I asked for water, towels, or anything else, it arrived quickly. The food was fresh, packed well, and brought on time, too. Staff were polite and quick to help, and the room was kept clean and comfortable. I had a relaxing, hassle-free stay and would choose OYO again.

The reception staff were welcoming and didn't make us feel judged, and the whole process was smooth. Our room was small, though the bed was clean, and the bathroom flush didn't work. We paid the full amount but didn't get the exact room shown on the website.
