Shubhi was especially helpful and professional, which made the stay more comfortable. The reception team did a great job, and the service staff were courteous and supportive. I had a nice experience at Hotel Satya Ashoka and appreciated the hospitality.

Breakfast was only average, and getting even a small thing like a cup turned into a hassle. There was just one cup for a room with three people, and repeated requests still didn’t get us more. The room is missing basic infrastructure, and it takes a lot of patience to get anything done. After trying several times to change my mind through conversations with room service, I decided to write this so others can make an informed choice and avoid the same trouble. I’ve never rated a place below three stars before, but they failed every time I gave them a chance. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the service was pathetic, and I won’t recommend this place.

The floors were so filthy that my legs got completely dirty when I walked barefoot. There was no Wi-Fi, cleaning wasn’t done properly, and hygiene seemed to be no concern at all. Hotel Satya Ashoka was a dreadful experience. Staff were rude, careless, and unprofessional. They ignored complaints and didn’t meet basic requests, so guest comfort clearly wasn’t a priority. Between the poor management, awful service, and disgusting cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The interiors felt a little dated and could use some modern updates, though. Hotel Satya Ashoka is one of the better options in Jabalpur. Its central location makes it convenient for getting to key areas, and the property has classic charm, with a well kept lobby and common spaces.
