The room condition was bad, and the amenities were not good at all, even though everything was fine in terms of cleanliness. There was a TV but no connection, which I couldn't accept, and the AC was switched on but didn't work. The worst part was that when the housekeeper activated the AC, they took the battery out of the remote and left, so we couldn't operate it ourselves. It's honestly a shame that we couldn't control the AC. I have nothing more to say. Anything else would make it worse.

The staff were good, and the rooms were well maintained. There's a balcony for gossiping, and Zomato and Swiggy orders get delivered to the room. Keep in mind, they don't have a lift.

The caretakers were accommodating, and the tidy room made for a peaceful, hassle-free stay. Definitely worth the price.

The place has a warm, lively feel, and you can tell they put effort into keeping guests comfortable. What I remember most is the people: everyone was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. The stay felt memorable because of them.

The service was good and humane. They treated me with real hospitality, something I haven't seen at other hotels.
