The kids had a great time in the play area, and we all enjoyed our stay. The gym, spa, and swimming pool were great too. Our room had the essentials, including a hair dryer in the washroom, which came in handy on cold winter mornings. The washroom kit and tea kit had everything needed for a luxury stay. Very satisfied.

The management has turned this into a mess. When the government had tendered it to the Gargi group, the facilities were top quality. Now, after paying 9K for a cottage room, you get dirty rooms and undertrained staff. I urge the govt of Bihar to take strict action against the current agency and improve the facilities.

I came with my family and booked a cottage, but mosquitoes filled the hotel and I couldn't sleep properly. I called reception for help at midnight and no one picked up. If a problem comes up, it feels like nobody will be there to help. There's AC in the cottage but no ceiling fan, so you have to keep the AC cold while sleeping or the mosquitoes bite. With the AC air blowing away from you, you're left as food for them.

The noise was awful. Music at full volume and guests shouting around the property made it impossible to sleep peacefully, and the hotel seemed to have no control over the crowd. The service was the worst I could expect.

We rode here on a bike trip with my wife, and the resort made the experience even better. The rooms were tidy, the staff friendly, and it felt good for a family stay. There was gated parking, a lawn, and a swimming pool, with good pricing. The location is prime.
